Our story

We didn’t build Syncurio because we spotted a gap in the market. We built it because we lived the problem. Late nights wrestling with rotas. Payroll consuming entire weekends. Fee changes for residents taking days to work out. Watching brilliant care staff buried in admin instead of being with residents.

Every person on our team has worked in or run care homes. That means, when you talk to us, you’re talking to people who know what 3am agency calls feel like, and to people who need to find another 10% profit to pull straight into their operations.

Linda Copley

Head of Customer Operations

Linda joined the Syncurio team in November 2022 and is now Head of Customer Operations. She leads onboarding and support, ensuring every customer has a smooth, confident experience from day one.

Dan Charlton

Chief Product & Tech Officer

Dan leads product strategy and technology at Syncurio, where he combines hands-on technical expertise with a vision for building workforce management solutions that genuinely solve operational headaches.

“I’ve led engineering teams through startup growth phases and a successful 7-figure acquisition. I champion clean architecture, maintainable code, and the kind of technical foundations that scale gracefully as products mature”.

Sharon Gallagher

Sales Director

Sharon joined Syncurio in 2024 as the Sales Director. With over 12 years’ experience of providing software solutions for care homes she has a good understanding of what operators and managers really need. 

“I am extremely passionate about making sure the right product fits the service and enjoy nothing more that finding out about the challenges homes face and helping to solve those.”

Nikki Taggerty

Head of Sales

Nikki began her career in the care industry at the age of 16, working as a care assistant in a residential home. Throughout her adult life, she has worked in holistic health alongside healthcare.

She progressed to become an Operations Manager and Nominated Individual for a small care group, before moving into care management software as a Business Development Manager.

She then transitioned to the role of Digital Transformation Consultant and now serves as Head of Sales at Syncurio.
